Job Description :
- Planning, Directing, Scheduling the manufacturing of products in compliance with company plans, objectives & company's QA Standards.
- Managing total shop-floor inventory in line with Production Plans.
- Establishing and controlling production parameters in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications.
- Participating actively in standardization, cost reduction and understanding ERP system
- Recruiting , Inducting & training of all subordinates
- Maintaining shop floor discipline, resolving disputes & ensuring team-work to optimise productivity.
- Implementing laid down QA Standards & as per ISO requirements
- Utilising in-house techniques & practices such as '80/20' analysis, simplification, in-lining & segmentation to improve efficiency & optimising total costs.
- Designing Exposure - CAD, PRO E, SOLID WORKS etc..
