Experience : 2-6 Years

Job Description :

Responsible for Purchase and Import of various items, mainly electronics items.
Procurement planning as per the production requirement.
Development of effective materials procurement system, identify and procure materials and services.
Develop a network of suppliers and service providers for cost effective supply chain and coordinate material deliveries, capacity planning.
Coordination with vendors for continuous improvement in quality and delivery performance.
Negotiate and decide for Rates, Payment Terms, Delivery Period and freight for procurement of various items.
Participate from concept stage in new product development and ensure right quality and cost of the materials.

Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage, backlog reports etc.

Name of the Post : General Manager-Finance and Accounts

Location : Mumbai – Goregaon-East

Qualification : Chartered Accountant-CA / Cost Accountant-ICWA

Experience :

· 10-12 years of total work experience preferably in Service Industry

· 5-7 years of experience in the position of GM in a mid-sized/large company into Finance & Accounting function

· Candidate must have worked in ERP preferably in SAP

Job Description :

A. Accounts & Audit

· Consolidation of accounts as per Indian GAAP

· Finalization of accounts & school accounting

· Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors

· Stores/ Materials accounting

· Tax audit details preparation

· Computerized / ERP based accounting preferably SAP experience

· Debtors' management , credit control and collection management

· Accounting Standards and their implementation

· Cost Management

· Vendor Management

B. Taxation

· Statutory compliances – Direct Tax

· Statutory compliances – Indirect Tax

· Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals
