Experience : 3 to 5 years experience in Quality Management. Good communication skill and have team work. He also has the good knowledge of product and process.

Purpose : Implementation of in-process quality inspection as per quality management system requirements & customer requirements to identify deviations in the initial stage and to avoid production of the defective components by implementing the corresponding corrective measures in time.

Essential Duties :

• In process inspection according to drawings, control plans & inspection cards.
• Proper record of determined values in the inspection cards & complete fill up of all necessary contents in the inspection card.
• Avoid production of defective components by identifying deviations by hourly inspection & raising stop notes for every deviation
• First Pc, Last Pc Inspection during setup change / tool change & record in Inspection card.
• Pre-dispatch inspection & preparation of reports
• Daily rejection entry in rejection data sheet.
• Monitoring operational activities & maintaining 5S for Visual Inspection (Forging), MPI, Final Inspection & packing.

General Description :

• Participate in team to conduct SPC & MSA.
• Calibration & maintaining calibration record
• Participate in daily rejection review & understanding defects
• Responsible to carry out the work as per SOP, Work instruction & company rules & regulations.
• Keep good communication across the departments & support each other. Work closely with other department
