Position: Sr. Sales Engineer - CRD / 4012
Location:  Pune
Qualification: BE / Diploma (Mechanical / Production)
Experience: 7 to 10  years

Desired :

  • Knowledge of Geographic Potential of Industrial Areas
  • Good communication skills, Customer Correspondence willingness to learn new Products/Technology
  • Exposure to Sales of Industrial products sales  /Services/ Design of fixtures.
  • Familiar about OEMs/End Users.
  • Knowledge of Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Automation Solutions will be added advantage.
Job Description :
  • To reach sales targets to specific assigned areas.
  • Visit 5/6 customers in a day.
  • Technical discussions on applications/systems provide solution
  • Study & suggest Improvements in automation related field to offer cost-benefits to customers.
  • Plan & Forecast customer visits and sales per Customer.
  • Co-ordinate with office about movement/ support.
  • Collect & monitor outstanding.
  • Payments & C-Forms from customers.

Job Description:
  • Accountable to sales targets from each of the identified market segements and key accounts; and in the past role, must have been a Key Accounts Manager (KAM) for atleast 3 years.
  • Develop/review/monitor strategic Account and Category Plans, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts in the region
  • Develop thorough understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition
  • Ensure that the company is well-positioned to participate in core lists and targeted customer briefs, articulating value proposition, and to channelize all efforts to get the “Preferred Vendor” status for the company to promote company's products
  • Define and deliver customer focused commercial strategy covering key account segmentation, growth targets, business sectors, revenue & pricing objectives and new business acquisition
  • Work with Trade and Marketing to maximise business intelligence; Identify  the strategic moves of competitors and examine with respect to the business plans and moves of the company.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities throughout the customer value chain for business maximization and profit improvement
  • Work with other functions within the Company to maximise performance and control costs e.g. logistics and credit control;  Intervenes in tradeoffs required across the product groups or within a product group for Key accounts 
  • Proactively manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve a Gross  Profit result in line with quarterly targets.
  • Nurture client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction at all levels, at all times and produce short term and long term measurable business benefits.
  • Work for Consultant relation and  approvals for products at customer place ie., EPC contractors, Electrical contractors, major industries, major Utilities , major Channels, major dealers
