Post : Sales Engineer
Location : Pune
Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering/MBA
Experience : 2-3 yrs in welding industry (Mainly Welding Machines/Cutting Machines)
Job Responsibilities:
·       Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
·       Making Cold call to finding new customers, Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.

·       Developing and maintaining dealer Network. Ready to sales for Product & Project base both solutions.
·       Provide detailed project quotations to provide solutions to customer applications ,obtain specifications and quotations based upon solution requirements from other suppliers
·       Provide and calculate cost analysis for each project quotation and maintain margins
·       Complete and return tender documentation for large project installation jobs
·       Attend site meetings as and when required for installed products.
·       Have the ability to provide/create customer solutions and think outside of the box when creating a solution.
·       Update and complete the sales tracking system
·       Update and complete all quotation systems
·       Undertake site surveys and compile technical reports
·       Preparation of quotations
·       Have the ability to close a sale.
·       Competitive and commercial business acumen

• Willingness to travel-15 days in month

Post: Procurement and Inventory Manager (Purchase Manager)-Trading Division.
Location: Aundh, Pune.

Education:
Graduates in Business, Science and Engineering preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Procurement and Inventory Management.
Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi.
Skills: Working knowledge of computers required. Tally ERP 9, MS – Office, Email etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work independently, but also be a good team player. You may need to travel from time to time.
Job Description:                                                                                          
  • Responsible for purchase and import of various products from the company’s principals.
  • Procurement planning as per forecasted sales.
  • Preparation of purchase orders as per requirement and stock in hand.
  • Co-ordinate with Customs handling agent for timely clearance.
  • Co-ordination with principals for continuous improvement in quality and delivery performance.
  • Prepare and submit all requirements as per Drug Licence office.
  • Implement changes and develop new processes for continuous improvement in efficiency.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Manager-Accounts and Finance.
Responsibilities:
Materials Management: Accountable for meeting customer orders by designing, implementing / monitoring effective procurement schedules.
Logistics: Managing the logistic functions, negotiations with shippers, transporters for cost effective transport solutions and clearances. Actively involved in monitoring / scheduling of consignments ensuring timely deliveries. Handling transporters ensuring on time delivery and monitoring transit norms.
Stores Management: Overseeing store management and maintaining optimised inventory levels. Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation. Ensuring quality packaging to prevent goods from getting damaged in transit.
