Job Description:

-        Should be in position to understand basic IT Networking, LAN/Computer functioning etc. and should be in position to provide support.

-        Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.

-        Routing Admin Work

-        Ticket, Flight, Hotel, Car/Taxi Booking

-        Travel arrangement

-        Arrangement of Foreign Currency

-        Bank Related general work

-        Canteen related like arrangement of breakfast

-        To Contact Vendors and to get quotations.

-        Stationery and general office items purchases

-        Should be sharp and quick to understand and visualize and do the work.
