Job Description :

  • Review of Contract once the job is handed over to projects for execution in all respects and take necessary clearance from sales / customer.
  • To estimate the cost to completion and after considering the PTD cost, arrive at the Current Contract Cost.
  • If the Contract Cost in the POC file is lower/ higher than the latest estimated Contract Cost, revise the CIS accordingly.
  • Maintain project schedule to achieve Contractual delivery dates by having updates on completion of Engineering, procurement and manufacturing at vendors place and factory.
  • Forecast for cost booking, revenue and margins on quarterly basis.
  • Contract to be executed as per terms and conditions mentioned in contract and if any issue deviations/ non compliance to this to be discussed with customer.
  • Review of BIE, UBR & AR on regular basis.
  • Planning material dispatch and billing as per approve billing break up.
  • Invoice submission and follow up for payments with customer.
  • Review of sub vendors work progress and expedite the work to meet delivery requirement.
  • Co ordination with customer for approvals on Bank Guarantee formats from Customer in consultation of Finance team.
  • Collection, review and certification of sub vendor’s bills.
  • Collecting the necessary documents from customer such as Customer duty exemption certificates, octroi duty exemption certificates from customer in case of Government contracts.
  • Invoice submission and follow up for payments with customer.
  • Shipping schedule of items based on site requirement.
  • Getting the approvals for special vendors from Customer to maintain the delivery as per CDD
  • Manufacturing : Review of package assembly work in the factory
  • Finance & Accounts : Submission of ABG / PBG to customer, Invoicing, AR updates
  • Engineering. : Approval of drawings documents from Customer / Consultant, follow up.
  • Stores and warehouse: Issuing shipping proposals for issuing shipping instruction for Project items
  • Commissioning and service : Co ordination with Commissioning team and service team during warranty period
  • SCM: Quotations, vendor due diligence and negotiation with vendors for finalization of Purchase orders on vendors for Project related items
