International Organization with Schools and Education Services in 14 Countries, is looking for

Name of the Post : General Manager-Finance and Accounts

Location : Mumbai – Goregaon-East

Qualification : Chartered Accountant-CA / Cost Accountant-ICWA

Experience :

·        10-12 years of total work experience preferably in Service Industry

·         5-7 years of experience in the position of GM in a mid-sized/large company into Finance & Accounting function

·        Candidate must have worked in ERP preferably in SAP

Job Description :

A. Accounts & Audit

·        Consolidation of accounts as per Indian GAAP

·        Finalization of accounts & school accounting

·        Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors

·        Stores/ Materials accounting

·        Tax audit details preparation

·        Computerized / ERP based accounting preferably SAP experience

·        Debtors' management , credit control and collection management

·        Accounting Standards and their implementation

·        Cost Management

·        Vendor Management

B. Taxation

·        Statutory compliances – Direct Tax

·        Statutory compliances – Indirect Tax

·        Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals
