Job Description :
- Design and develop QMS requirements for all business processes and deployment through Unit level QMS documentation.
- Review, maintain & Update the Quality System Manual and Handbooks.
- Business Process Integration & Harmonisation. (Process Approach)
- Drive annual quality improvement plan in co-ordination with concerned.
- Plan and perform Quality System Audits - & monitoring of Improvement actions.
- Quality Reporting & review - Quality Scorecard & Quality Operating System.
- Deployment of customer specific requirements for manufacturing
- Advance Quality planning & Design review co-ordination
- Customer complaint investigation and review of corrective actions
- Coordination of Change control management
- Customer Compliant coordination
- APQP coordination & support to Project Organization and other related functions
- Customer contact / visit & project review.
- Customer Submission requirement for new / modified products.
- Follow-up quality progress of external / internal product homologation test.
- Internal training & coaching on APQP deployment.
- Change Management
- Coordinate Engineering Change Management process, internally & externally with Customers / Marketing & Sales Organization, as applicable.
