Post : General Manager - HR -CRD/2967
Location :Banglore.
Qualification : Any Graduate + Management Degree
Experience :15 - 25 years of experience.

Job Description:
       

  • Responsible for HR activities  for plants and offices in India.
  • Manage Human Resources, daily administration of personnel activities including but not limited to employment, salaried recruiting, training, labor relations, health and welfare benefits, policy/ procedure administration and employment law compliance.
  • Support Business planning from HR perspective.
  • Legal/statutory compliances and obtain licenses for business operations.
  • Training,Talent development and Succession Planning, talent acquisition and placement.
  • Responsible for policies and procedure and monitor implementation
  • Strategize compensation and Benefit plans for different units and categories of employees.
  • Conduct meetings and various training and development activities for salaried associates .
  • Provide assistance regarding human resource / personnel matters.
  • Supervise human resources representative(s) as required, manage performance objectives, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Responsible for implemention of bands and structure in the setup.
  • Designing policies and procedure and monitoring implementation.
  • Responsible for implemention of  strategies for anti-union operation.
  • Handle Social/political issues in remote locations.
  • Ensure performance through continuous focus through Performance Management System, HIPO analysis.
  • Strategize and execute employee/labor relations.
  • Interpret and administer corporate administration policies and procedures effectively and consistently.
  • Strategize and execute employee retention plans and ensure effective implementation.
  • Develop organization brand as a Good and preferred employer.
  • Design and implement reward and recognition program.
  • Liaison for services support - employee transportation, cafeteria.
  • Work closely with ex-pat managers to help them working effectively in Indian culture
  • OD through continuous focus Management development, leadership development program, develop mentor-mentee relationship program, impressive inducting.
  • Employee satisfaction surveys and plan improvements
  • Implement organizational changes with high level of sensitivity and maintain positive sentiment.
  • Encourage employee for open feedback and improve systems - ESS / different forums of communications
