Job Description:
- With Project Managers conduct a comprehensive study of projects: purpose, due date and budget, in order to have an overview of the needs and a good understanding of their backgrounds.
- With foreign BU, and other Procurement Managers involved in existing or former development of equipment and machinery, share information and experience be more efficient in the course of new developments and bring new sourcing solutions
- Ensure compliance of procurement with procedures and rules specially focussing on safety: safety for user/customer as well as safety during production process.
- With suppliers build long term relationships, in order ensure with a steady and proactive procurement, in order to bring suppliers into continuous improvement momentum.
- During the production process follows up supplier’s involvement, and check time keeping abilities, and quality level.
- Conduct a permanent market watch, in order to provide with the latest solutions either in terms of technology as well as with other procurement requirements.
