Post : Field Service Manager - CRD/2974
Location : Pune
Qualification : B.E / Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical / Production/ Industrial)
Experience :5 - 8 years of experience.

Job Description:

• Contribute to the elaboration and to the control of the Installations budget .
• Plan and supervise the organization of the installations for Company machines and exogenous materials, tooling, option and upgrade.
• Ensure the tuning and the maintenance of equipments as well as the clients trainings.
• Carry out missions of advice and management during the critical installations to guarantee the commercial relation.
• Participate punctually in the starting up and in the action plan definition on client -site .
• Ensure the operational management of his/her team.
• Ensure the organization of the logistic needs of the field services engineers (and coordinators)
• Contribute actively to the offer elaboration for the starting up part.
• Supervise and develop the technical support function .
• Organize to bring the expertise – resources – skills support asked by subsidiaries .
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process by the collection and the distribution of the operational information, by the capitalization on experience with the clients and by the update of the global folder.
• Ensure the client satisfaction within the installations.
