Job description:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Preparing the payment proposal on weekly basis and ensuring timely payment to the vendors
- Checking sales Invoices, Vouchers & Receipts
- Quarterly account reconciliation of suppliers
- TDS and Works Contract payments as per the statutory requirements
- Reconcile the bank statements in sap.
- direct / indirect taxation - Working knowledge of TDS, VAT, Service tax, etc.
- Debtors (Customer) Reconciliation.(OC-wise reconciliation statement)
- Vendor reconciliation. & Customer collection reports updating.
- Office Administration Work – like Cheque Deposits, Filling the cash Vouchers of workers etc.
- Monthly payment reporting to the management.
- Responsible for physical storage of all the vouchers in the files, and binding from time to time
- Debtors Ageing
- Creditors Ageing
- Inventory verification
