Post : Sr. Engineer - CAE - CRD/2881
Location : Pune
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech.
Experience : 5 to 10 years

Job Description :

• Automotive domain knowledge with strong CAE background with hands on experience using Hypermesh, Nastran and Abaqus
• Develop tool / part design information in support of development and manufacturing activities.   
• Coordinate tool / part build internally and externally in proving out new concepts using CAD/CAE/CAM tools.
• Provide 3D/2D design, drawing and release according to customer input and engineering input
• Should know Linear and Dynamic Analysis using Nastran.
• Should know Non-linear, Contact & Pretension analysis using Abaqus 
• Should have experience in Hyper Mesh for FE Modeling for all kind of meshing techniques like Hexa mesh, Shell mesh, Plastic components mid surface mesh, BIW components meshing and connections using connectors
• Should be Good in Post processing tools Hyper View.
• Should have experience in Optistruct (Topology,  Size and Shape Optimization) for Optimization of  automotive component.

Skills and Knowledge :

• Should have experience in FE modeling Software : Hypermesh 10.0, Analysis Software : Nastran, Abaqus, Optistruct and Post processor Software: Hyperview, Ideas
• Automotive domain knowledge with strong CAE background with hands on experience in 1) Impact (Ls-Dyna, ANSA), 2) NVH (Nastran / ANSA), 3)  Durability / Closures ( Abacus, FE Fatigue, ANSA) 
• Should have experience in managing design projects.
