Qualification : B.E. /  M.E. / M. Tech.
Experience : 3 - 6 years
 
Job Description :

  • Experience in automotive Transmission.   
  • Axle FEA experience preferred.
  • Meshing ability using Hypermesh
  • Understanding of Element (1D, 2 D, 3D) used in FEA
  • Understanding of FEA Fundamentals for Linear/Non linear Static Analysis.
  • Understanding of how to use different elements in FE model
  • Report Generation Skill
  •  Ability to perform using established “Standards Procedures”
Required Competencies and Skills :
  • Analytical Skill
  • Mechanical Design
  • Knowledge of FEA Fundamentals
  • Knowledge of mechanical properties of materials
  • Knowledge of Automotive Mechanics
  • Knowledge of Theories of Failure
  • Understanding of manufacturing process
  • Awareness about Numerical Methods
  • SimLab
  • Nastran
  • Abaqus
  • Result Interpretation
  • Optistruct
  • Report Writing
