Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
Experience : 8 to 12 years

Job Description :

• Responsible of servicing of Commercial vehicles.
• To handle Independently servicing of suspension, axle, transmission, hydraulic systems etc. of commercial vehicles.
• To handle service work on Engine : Engine Tune-up, Engine compression check-up, Engine tappet-setting etc.
• Diagnosing of Engine problems, Engine overhaul, Engine parameters check-up, Inspection of  engine compression (block, crank shaft, connecting rods, pistons, valves etc.)
• To handle transmission Service  : Diagnosing transmission noise, Transmission overhaul, gears for damage, Clutch for wornout, cables etc.
• To handle brake service: Road test for improper brake, Brake overhaul, Inspection of Brake components (Wheel cylinders, brake shoes, brake pads, master cylinder etc) 
• To handle differential service : Diagnosing differential noise problems, Inspection of differential gears, shafts, universal joints, bearings etc, Backlash adjustments, Differential overhaul.
• To handle suspension service : Road test for diagnosing suspension noise, Shock absorbers check-up, steering overhaul etc.
• To troubleshoot vehicle problems, advise customers for  necessary repairs & required service with appropriate  estimatmation.
• To provide feedback on product / market & liasoning with concerned departments for faster necessary action and also submit relevant reports & data
• Ensure Customer satisfaction through effective implementation of  customer care systems & service processes at the workshop
• Responsible for break down, warranty services, commissioning and installation companies products.
• Responsible for field failure analysis and rectification
• To provide quick and smooth response to customer complaints
• To Provide technical assistance to customers.
