- Experience with manufacturing and production plant environment.
- Can manage projects / products to a budget and have authority of that budget.
- Ability to understand electronic production principles including hardware design, development and integration, and firmware design, development, validation and integration for automotive applications.
- Familiarity with automotive vehicle protocols such as J1850, CAN, KWP2000.
- Maintain company ISO standards for electronic products and lab certification.
- Communicate and negotiate ECS positions effectively.
- Ability to hire competent qualified engineering Associates, and be able to discipline when required.
- Develop training plans for Associates and provide yearly written feedback on Associate performance.
