SQD Engineer - CRD/2601

Post : SQD Engineer - CRD/2601 Location : Pune Qualification : BE / ME IN Mech Experience : Minimum 4 - 6 years experience in axles, transmission or related components.

Job Description :

• Skills in Key Quality Management Functions
• Hands on knowledge in Castings or Forgings
• Hands on knowledge in engineering components like Bearings, Seals and Fasteners
• Should be familiar with concepts like APQP, PFMEA, SPC, PPAP
• Should be familiar with problem solving & analytical tools
• Should be a specialist in Stamping & Welding – Banjo experience is a Plus
• Should be familiar with problem solving & analytical tools
• Experience in Axle and Axle related parts, is an added advantage

Required Competencies & Skills :

• Should be an Engineering graduate (minimum criteria)
• Relevant work experience in automotive field.
• Should be willing to travel and work with suppliers (from supplier selection to PPAP)
• Excellent communication skills
• Quality Systems (ISO / TS – 16949)
• Six Sigma
• APQP / PPAP
• Oracle
• Plexus
• Inspection – Dimensional
• Inspection Metallurgy
• Engineering & Mfg. Process Knowledge
