(Any specialization) & MBA Experience : You should have approx 7 years of proven performance in Sales / Product Marketing. Job description : - Focus on enhancing market shares - Complete mapping/coverage of the Territory - Further strengthening of business relationships with Customers - Improving customer share from Key Accounts in Industrial Tools & Assembly - Drawing up of Action Plans for business growth - Sales development and Aftermarket activities in the territory - Develop, motivate and lead Sales and resources - Dealer management - Effective communication / Co-ordination with Regional office.
