Qualification : B.Com / M.Com
Experience : 5 to 8 years in Manufacturing business

Job Description :                                         

• Produce & analyze accounting information and other reports for management decision
• Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the accounting processes, financial statements, product invoicing and logistics movement of material and finished products 
• Prepare variance analysis and develop, implement corrective actions and monitor progress
• Meet established deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements and respond to ad hoc information requests on a timely basis
• Assist Manager to prepare and present to manufacturing staff monthly financial forecasts and results and make final recommendations when necessary
• Assist in preparation of financial presentations Management at regularly scheduled Operations Reviews
• Supports in preparation of yearly budget and monthly forecast
• Supports prepare, review, and approve capital spending requests and related financial analysis
• Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting integrity
• Manage audit process at site
• Work with ERP system to ensure integrity in inventory, other areas and to obtain data for analysis
• Responsible for inwarding & put away of material and preparing GRN for the same
• Ensuring GRN process is followed properly for the inward/put away material as per the plan
• Ensuring the material is received as per defined packaging and quantity
• Ensuring delivery of right material at right time and in right quantity
• Ensuring storage of material is at right place
• Ensuring returning of empty bins to the respective suppliers
• Issuing returnable material to suppliers(57 F4)
• 5'S in Inward area maintenance
• Communication with Buyer team on GRN (packaging) related problem

Area of Accountability :Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the accounting processes, financial statements, product invoicing and logistics movement of material and finished products at Company Manufacturing Facility at Chakan.
