Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical
Experience : 4 to 7 years

Job Description :                                            

• Responsible for pneumatic tools and fixtures; Monitor tool and Part inventories and also the maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.
• Mechanical Maintenance of Assembly lines, forklifts, breakdown maintenance, utility maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of findings.
• Compile operational records, such as production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
• Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.
• Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
• Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
• Improvement in MTBF & MTTR.
• Spare parts management (Stocks/Issue/Purchase Requisition).
• TS: 16949 documentation development.
• Implementation of the ‘KAIZENS’ on shop floor. 

Area of Accountability :
Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of Assembly lines, forklifts, breakdown maintenance, utility maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance at company  Manufacturing Facility at Chakan.
