Job Description :
- Good relationships with suppliers, in and around Bangalore for supply of materials at competitive pricing
- Must have knowledge of MRP based production systems
- This person primary responsibility will be concerned with Planning, Organizing &Control of flow of materials, from their initial purchase to destination.
- Reconcile needs & funds
- Choose procurement method
- Select suppliers
- Specify terms and conditions of delivery
- Monitor order status
- Receive the goods and inspection
- He will be responsible for delivery materials to the shop floor at the right quality, quantity, right time, right cost, right place
- Working knowledge of SAP and Excel must be very strong
- Will be responsible for a team of 10-12 persons working below. Must be able to work between departments
