Job Description :
- Develop & sustain quality Improvement programme for core business processes
- Coordinate with key
business processes in eliminating waste in process by applying relevant problem solving techniques & technologies.
- Review, follow up of key
quality performance parameters of manufacturing.
- Participate in new product development projects & provide improvement inputs anticipating customer needs.
- Follow up
& verification of effectiveness of all improvement actions
- Form cross
functional teams & drive improvement projects to achieve company's quality targets & business objectives.
- Train
relevant personnel in the area of quality to impart knowledge &
skills for effective functioning to satisfy company's customer
needs & expectation.
- Measurement
& monitoring of non quality cost to initiate improvement activities.
- Drive quality improvements, company's strategies & initiatives, Institutionalise quality improvement across company. Drive Annual Operating Plan.
