• Person should have knowledge of financing trends in Infrastructure space
• Demonstrated Track-record of “Non-Recourse” Financial Closings of project capex exceeding Rs 750 Cr (single project) involving multiple currencies.
• Excellently networked in domestic & international Banking community
• Very Good knowledge of Loan documentation and Security issues
• Strong negotiating and inter-personal skills
• Ability to understand legal and commercial issues in Project Documentation and evaluate Risk
