• Well conversant with Airconditioning Industry / Chilled water systems knowledge will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Appointing Dealers & Distributors
• Should have handled Dealers atleast for 3 years.
• Training of channels for Preparing offers, handling techno-commercial discussions, closing orders.
• Target based selling with adherence to the company's sales process & policies.
• Acquiring the skill set & knowledge required to show value proposition to the clients / System providers.
• Establish and sustain relationships with existing and new clients / consultants for continuous growth.
• Good at communication and presentations.
• Account Management Skills.
• Developing Fresh Engineers w.r.t Sales and Technical Skills.
