Job Description :

• To Obtain LOI / PO from the customer / Contractor.
• To coordinate with customer to open Letter of Credit.
• To obtain supporting quotes for related works viz. freight, outsourcing etc.
• Securing Contract detail & Ex-factory from CIS / Factory.
• To coordinate to obtain approvals.
• To send Order Acknowledgement to the customer.
• To generate Proforma Invoice & submit to the customer.
• To coordinate with Customer / Contractor for PO & LC amendment. Sales to support.
• To submit track card to the customer with relevant information.
• To ensure release of shipping instructions in time.
• To secure vessel booking information & updating on track card to the customer.
• Submitting scanned copies of shipping documents to customer/contractor.
• To track the original shipping documents & coordinating with contracts department for maximum free period on shipment.
• To coordinate with customer / CHA for custom clearance, transportation, insurance etc….
• Coordinating for releasing Purchase Orders on vendors for low side works etc… plus for any repair work to be done if the chiller found damage (Quote to be provided by Service).
• Coordinating for payments to vendors.
• To coordinate & submit advance payment invoice to customer.
• To submit & seek approval on Performance Bank Guarantee format from the customer.
• Issuing Performance Bank Guarantee to customer after getting from Mumbai.
• To issue Material Request Purchase Order (MRPO) track card & issue to Service to take it up from there.
• To submit Sales Submittal to customer / contractor.
• To secure commissioning report to close the order.
