Post : Project Manager - CRD/3096
Location : Pune
Qualification : Any Graduate + Project Management Certification 
Experience : 3 to 5 years.

Job Purpose :

Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

       
Job Description :

• Should  have knowledge of SLA  (Service Level Agreement) with client and TAT management (Turnaround time)
• Must have team leader attitude and able to take responsibility of project for effective functioning of project.
• The candidate should be able to do call support when required
• Accomplishes human resource objectives by , selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
• communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
• Implementing quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems. 
• Completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets technical objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing budget; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Should be able to make presentation to the customer and hold meetings when required
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Company's Profile : This company is engaged into two types of business activities namely Product Development in the field of customer self-service and general purpose software consulting. It has successfully deployed over 700 transactional kiosks Pan India with average monthly cash collection volume of 130 Crs. These kiosks are for mobile bill payments and recharge vouchers, banks Toll booth, time attendance, ticketing, petient registration and etc.
