Qualification : B.Com / M.Com
Experience : 4 to 8 years in Manufacturing business

Job Description :                                         

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
  
• Maintain  & upkeep the creditors ledger and take care of their payments.
  
• Calculation and monthly payment of Excise Duty  & Service Tax
  
• Filing all the periodical returns (ER1, ER4, ER5, ER6 and ER7).
• Maintain Excise & Service Tax records
  
• Filing of monthly & quarterly VAT, CST returns and maintains the records.
  
• Issue and collection of C & F Forms.
  
• Reconciliation of VAT, CST with Financial statements.
  
• Providing all relevant information on monthly quaterly MIS.
  
• Monitor financial MIS for for business parameters and take appropriate action on a timely basis.
  
• Maintain Fix Asset Register.
  
• Prepare fixed asset schedule as per the company act & as per income tax act.
  
• Knowledge of Budgeting and forecasting.
  

Area of Accountability :Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the accounting processes, financial statements, product invoicing at Manufacturing Facility of the Company at Chakan.
