Qualification : BE (Ind. / Prod.)Experience : 04 - 08 years.

Job Description :

• Work measurement & develop and establish standard times.
• Work on Method study, and establish best value added and productive method.
• Work on Line balancing for assembly lines.
• Work on Manpower planning.
• Basic Layout planning
• Awareness in design of Material handling equipment
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing techniques like VSM, Pull production, Work place Organisation.
• Work to eliminate and reduce 7 types of waste and thus improve productivity.
• Should have Efficient Project documentation skills.
• Awareness of safety norms and statutory compliances
• Should be proactive and take initiatives to reduce costs with low cost automation.
• Study and identify ways of  work force usage to achieve maximum productivity

Required Competencies:

• Strong Problem understanding and communication skills
• Logical Problem solving ability
• Proactive and organized in work.
• Should be able to work with minimum or no supervision.
