Qualification : B.E (Mechanical/ Automobile/Production/Industrial)
Experience :10 - 15 years of experience.

Job Description:

•  Should be experienced in development of After Market Business .
• Should be able to provide optimum technical support to after sales / parts team to endure the best service.
• Able to handle post launch issues viz. warranty, after sales service, defects, failures, etc.
• Will be responsible for optimization and inventory planning of spares parts.
• Should be able to provide the necessary training to the dealers on the policies and procedures to account for optimum adherence to the organisational norms.   
• Able to identify new streams for revenue growth & developing Marketing plans to build consumer preference.
• Should be able to utilize market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
