Experience : 5 -10  years

Job description: 

• Experience with manufacturing and production plant environment.
• Can manage projects / products to a budget and have authority of that budget. 
• Ability to understand electronic production principles including hardware design, development and integration, and, firmware design, development, validation, and integration for automotive applications. 
• Familiarity with automotive vehicle protocols such as J1850, CAN, KWP2000. Maintain company ISO standards for electronic products and lab certification. 
• Communicate and negotiate ECS positions effectively. 
• Ability to hire competent qualified engineering Associates, and be able to discipline when required. 
• Develop training plans for Associates and provide yearly written feedback on Associate performance.
• MAT LAB, Simulink, Stateflow, Real time Workshop Embedded Coder
• dSPACE Control Desk
