Post : Site Supervisors – Cleanroom / HVAC Projects - CRD/2834
Location :  Pune
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC from reputed institute.
Experience : Min 3 yrs in Planning & Execution of Cleanroom / HVAC projects at site.

Technical skills :

• Knowledge of Cleanroom/HVAC project needs for critical industries.
• Application of international standards for HVAC & Cleanroom quality requirements.
• Competence in vendor identification & control from BoQ to delivery at site.
• Ability to control delivery of project --- time-wise, cost-wise & quality-wise
  

Job description :

• Interact with Sales & Design Depts to understand project requirements.
• Monitor logistics, requirements, delivery & storage of BoQ materials at site.
• Instruct & control Sub-contractors for ducting, piping, wall, ceiling installation.
• Interact with Customer’s engineers on a regular basis as to progress of execution.
• Measurement & certification of each stage of project.
• Validation of specifications & hand-over to customer.
• Monthly reporting to Head Office for technical & commercial performance at site.
