Post : Sr. Engineer – Assembly CRD/2748 Location : Jaipur (Rajasthan) Qualification : B. E. Mechanical Experience : 4 to 6 years of working Experience

Job Description :

• CNC, PLC grinding and honing machine their cycle for manufacturing bearing as per their application
• Control plan, SPC System and effective utilization on shop floor.
• Production planning and quality control using SPC system on shop floor
• To increase profitability of department.
• Knowledge of SPC System Quality system TS, ISO, TPM, TQM
• Can deal with external agency and other support division to get maximum output in minimum time.
• Generating requirement of new equipments on shop floor.
• To effectively implement new system on shop floor with team and ensure their consistency.
• To analyze and monitor line efficiency (OEE or OLE) and take suitable action to control them on shop floor.
