• The person should be responsible to attend day to-day issues of users related to IT and monitor work done by Hardware engineer.
• Interact with respective heads for various problems.
• Maintaining 100% uptime of connectivity at location Attend day to-day issues related to SAP with the help of SAP head.
• Understand business process, difficulties in implementing the same on SAP, improvements required.
• Ensure solution for the same through SAP heads.
• Train end users on SAP in at least one functional area.
• Participating corporate IT initiatives.
• Train users on new software and hardware usage.
• Meeting Dept Heads on regular basis proactively to understand business needs and discuss with IT head.
• Manage Designe dept security with the help of IT security head.
• Manage licensing requirements, installation and troubleshooting of software used in design dept Take backups, monitor anti-virus software patches.
• Train users personally and though outsourced agencies for MS office and other such applications.
• Monitor Design dept servers for hardware failures, interact with service providers.
