• Person Should have experience in building services, M&E, Construction, Security and Fire Systems or Building Automation System will be an added advantage
• Experience in managing multiple sites
• Project planning, cost control and execution
• Manage and supervise a team of Project Managers
• Coordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation
• Analyzes reports to evaluate project effectiveness and budgetary needs
• Approves expenditures necessary for completion of project
• English/Mandarin essential and common dialects
