Job Description:

• Preparation of purchase orders
• Checking & Processing Purchase Invoices
• Preparation of monthly bills & Voucher
• Processing Customer Purchase Order and executing on time.
• Maintenance of documents & reports. Writing test reports
• Handling customers Payment issues.
• Handling Customer Queries
• Handling MIS
• Coordinating with billing dept. for generating Invoice as per the purchase order
• Supervise daily actions in Purchase, sales & marketing  department
• Generating Orders of Customers
