Position:  Quality Assurance  / Quality Control Manager- CRD / 4051
Location:  South India, Kancheepuram / Coimbatore
Qualification: BE / Diploma -  Mechanical / Industrial/ Production / Metallurgy
Experience: BE - 8 to 12 years  / Diploma - 12- 15 years

Job Description :

• Knowledge of ISO - 9001 and working experience in implementation.
• Should be Team & Team Leader
• Experience in Quality Control Department
• Knowledge of Quality tools i.e. SPC,7 QC tools, And QC  tools.
• Knowledge on ASTM, API, ASME standards. 
• In Depth  Knowledge with casting, forgings and machining process.
• In depth knowledge on calibration, testing and in-process control procedures.
• Exposure in welding supplier,customer and third party inspection (TPI) for audit, inspection and analysis
• Provide training  to all groups in regards  to  Quality tools and their use.
• Faster in customer complaints resolving through performing root cause investigation and analysis
• Creation and maintenance of quality plans and  interface with the customer on Quality Issues.
  

Certification :

•    Lead auditor or  Internal Quality auditor in QMS
•    ASNT  Level - II  in NDE
