• Implement Manufacturing excellence to improve productivity, throughput, capacities, flexibility, process Quality & capability, delivery reliability, flow & layout, safety, inventory turns & lead times.
• Industrialise New product development using stage gates & Lean-Six Sigma principles technology transfers, techno-commercial feasibility, component & vendor development, supply chain-manufacturing-logistics set-up & its qualification & documentation.
• Develop strategic objectives, operating level & growth plan, Business plan, cash-flows , budget & competitor benchmarks and meet revenue, production, quality and delivery expectations.
• Budget, plan & expenditure management of working capital & capital investments
• Responsible for statutory compliance & Industrial Relation requirements at overall level
• Has to be Instrumental in Leading a larger team and getting the job executed well.
• Accountable for complete plant operations
• Should implement Cost saving & Cost reduction measures to achieve substantial CoGS reduction target, set through Competitor benchmarking & Activity Based Costing by using Lean principles, Value & Reverse Engineering.

•    Generating design and general arrangement drawings within estimated hours;
•    Detailing drawings for fabrication and generating part lists categorizing all equipment components;
•    Performing general engineering calculations;
