Material Planner - CRD/2746

Position : Material Planner - CRD/2746 Location : Pune Qualifications : B.E Electronics / Telecomminucation Experience : 5 to 6 years of Experience

General Description :

Planners are responsible for developing and ensuring the execution of an achievable two-week production schedule.

Job Description :

Schedules production activity in synch with MPS.
Runs planned orders in two-week buckets to detail what boards are to be built.
Ensures Prep-Parts can and is keeping up with the build schedule.
Focuses on minimizing changeovers and production schedule changes while maintaining the integrity of the production board revision.
Runs clean-to-starts, on-time production shipments, EPS maintenance, purge, ECN, and deviation management, maintaining of a handbook.
Meets daily with the Master Planner and manufacturing to assess production schedules, (adjust as necessary, based on production results), optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers, to achieve 100% on time delivery.
Runs weekly clean-to-starts to determine any existing material shortages that need to be expedited. Follow up with appropriate Purchasing personnel to ensure commitments are achieved.
Works with Manufacturing Line Manager(s), Purchasing, and Inventory Control to recommend long term resolutions to shortages due to lack of material control on the production floor.
Conducts readiness meetings on New Products as well as revision changes five days prior to the build.
Ensures that shipments made are routed to the correct destination, as well as the creation and maintenance of Sales Orders if that duty is placed on the Planner.
Maintains Company’s pack out module, EPS, or equivalent pack out system.
Manages the Deviation/ECN/Purge processes.
Should have good understanding of all product production flow.
Maintains handbook on position by workcell.
Provides continuous coordination and follow up with the workcell team.

Position : ESD ( Electro Static Discharge ) Technician - CRD/2745 Location : Pune Qualifications : Diploma Experience : 4 to 5years of Experience

General Description :

Responsible for performing monthly ESD audits in accordance with the ESD audit schedule. The repairing of work stations, carts, ionizers and any other ESD equipment as necessary to bring into ESD compliance.

Job Description :

Perform ESD compliance audits according to ESD procedures.
Record results of ESD audits on the proper paper and/or electronic forms.
Identify ESD tested equipment as to pass/fail status with “ESD Verified” or “ESD Rejected” labels.
Repair and bring into compliance any ESD failures found during the monthly audits.
Escalate any noncompliance issues to supervisor.
Review and ID any new equipment requiring ESD approval prior to use using ESD tagging system.
Verify ESD compliance on any new equipment requiring ESD approval prior to use.
Install and maintain ESD prevention devices such as but not limited to floor mats, grounding wires, station blocks, ionizers, grounding screws and chains.
Enforce ESD policies and procedures throughout the campus.
Remain in touch with industry standards and testing methods.
Assist and train team members on ESD policies, procedures and compliance.
Record, audit and track all materials pertaining to the ESD program.
Provide status updates and escalate any issues to supervisor.
Review, extract and analyze data with accuracy and compliance.

Job Description :

Manage Programs for different product for India with close interactions WHQ and plants
knowledge of driveline products from Automotive Industry
Business Plans preparation & implementation
Interaction with customer for contracts/agreements.
Runs the business case template new opportunities in India
Support Indian management with independent functioning of costing and business proposal
Financial analysis of existing business and forecasting
Set-up initial product pricing for new products and business in India.
Evaluate procurement pricing and look for the cost saving opportunities.
Gather, analyze and interpret product cost, financial, statistical and technical data.
Analysis of specific product cost, comparable products comparisons, capacity analysis and review of multiple inputs and verification of accuracy.
Researches local and international cost structures in support of business case development.
Reviews RFQ packages and Cost Request Cover Letters details with Sales Coordinators.
Monitors open Cost Requests through four square format and resolves any issues that may delay timing.
Requires interaction with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
Manages individual Cost Requests with respect to accuracy, completeness and timing. - Reviews BOM development with Engineering - Reviews Purchasing estimates - Reviews Packaging, Freight, and Duties estimates - Works with Lead Plant in development of Manufacturing cost - Develops Business Case. Resolves Cost or Pricing issues - Reviews final Business Case with Manager and Director of Cost Estimating
Monitor programs and projects and maintain Cost Books for company awarded business.
Attends daily Cost Request Meeting, as required.
Participates in PLT’s and Program Reviews, as required.
