Location : New Delhi
Qualifications : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Experience : 3 to 4 years experience in Service Industry. Experience in air-conditioning Industry preferably.
Job Description :
- Customer handling and should be good at managing customer relationship
- Good communication skills, presentable, good coordination skills.
- Has to be a self-motivated person and should take initiatives
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively verbal and written.
- Making offers, price list for branches
- Processing warranty claims with overseas factory & parts hub, overlooking logistics of parts supplied from overseas / local parts hub
- Should be able to generate opportunities, which can be converted into orders.
- Weekly Reviews with all regions.
- Person with Vapour compression chiller system / HVAC background will be an added advantage.
USD responsibility:
- Direct Chiller Spare USD order processing.
- Sending quote to customers.
- Handling logistics of USD order processing.
- Coordinating for PI and packing list.
- Tracking of payment from customer for USD order processing & credit transfer.
- Preparing monthly forecast for payment.
- Keeping Record of GP of Individual order and preparing monthly Margin Sheet.
Warranty responsibility: -
- Coordination with Service Administrator for warranty data.
- Verify warranty eligibility.
- Processing claims with all the supportive documents to overseas.
- Following up warranty approval from overseas and clarifying all doubts/ recalls.
- Arranging for spares by raising P.O.
- Keeping track of Parts.
- Follow up with customers.
- Getting data from Service Administrator for claim submission.
- Reconcile all warranty expenditure (including local vendor bills) and getting credit transferred to India books by raising invoice.
- Maintaining Record of New Chillers and Installation data.
- Keeping track of warranty amount for individual job.
- Claim closures.
