Experience : 18 to 20 years in HPDC, Suspension & Breaks.

Job Description :

• Responsible for heading the plant and its overall operations including HR & Admin, Finance & Accounts, Materials, Stores, Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance, etc.
• Interacting with Customers.
• Responsible for conceptualization and development of plant, manufacturing engineering, estimation, planning, implementation etc within the budget and time.
• Responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing plans with due consideration for forecasted volumes, manufacturing processes, capital equipments and tooling plans, labor standards, test plans and project schedules.
• Responsbile for Handling Capital Expenditure and management of projects.
• Responsible for New product development and should have experience in Quality Planning. Facility Planning, developing drawing of equipments and procedures.
• Responsible for optimization of man & machine utilization, reducing cost and wastes and enhancing productivity & profitability.
• Responsible for P&L and OEE of the plan.
• Devising and developing systems and process changes for qualitative improvements in productivity & reducing rejection 
• Responsible for providing Plant manufacturing Engineering support, Quality support, Material & heat treatment selection, Failure Analysis.
• Responsbile for Assessment of machines and suppliers.
• Should be good in Human Resource Planning and Managerment, interaction wtih all levels, Team Management, handling labor issues union , result-oriented approach etc.

• Entering production report and monitoring & updating inventory in JDE daily.  Coordinate with MFG, LAB, CSR and WH when facing problems.
• Lead physical inventory (PI), arrange team to check and re-check the actual QTY against QTY in system.  Conduct monthly PI report giving reasons of discrepancies for management decision. 
• Control FG inventory movement for all warehouses in Asia.  Reconcile,
• Investigate and update the inventory for overseas warehouses on a monthly basis. Coordinate with CSR & warehouse officers in overseas when having discrepancies. 
• Lead annual PI for all Asia warehouses. Prepare annual PI report for management decision. 
• Control Wide Spec and waste selling.  Ensure that the QTY and price are correct and all documents are sent to CSR to issue invoice on a timely manner.
• To be a person in charge with inventory matters.
• Supervise and train Inventory Clerk.

• Strong human relationship with positive service mind and attitude.
• Can work independent and creativity for working will be an advantage.
• Computer Skill and fair speaking and writing English will be an advantage.
