Description :
- Should have good exposure of sales & marketing related to Rotating
equipments likewise AC Motors, DC Motors, Pumps, Compressors etc.
- Market planning, business development,
sales forecasting, marketing, pricing, training.
- Directing a sales team, their reporting,
daily call and business planning and team motivation.
- Coordinating with business managers in
multiple locations regarding quotation for tenders, getting market information
and finalizing orders.
- Responsible for activities of tendering
from Prequalification to order booking
- Preparation of Bids & bid submission,
attending tender opening.
- Co-coordinating for agreement
signing.
- Maintain Key accounts to get secured
business, big value orders and rate contracts
- Follow up with suppliers for offers,
comparison analysis of techno-commercial offers with vendors & preparing
Techno commercial notes ,finalisation of offers, Estimation of cost of supply
items.
- Reviewing and interpreting the competition
after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing
strategies and escalate business volumes, preparing MIS and bid
evaluation
